Assassin’s Creed Chronicles

Assassin’s Creed Chronicles is a trilogy of action-packed 2.5d games following the stories of characters Shao Jun, Arbaaz Mir and Nikolai Orelov.

The individual games are set in China, India and Russia and feature a distinct art style for the respective era and locale as well as gameplay mechanics making use of contemporary weaponry and inventions.

On this project my responsibilities were:

  • planning, prototyping and blocking out of levels and missions
  • initial art and decoration passes to define the levels’ atmosphere before handover to the art department
  • enemy and mission scripting using UE3’s Kismet scripting tool
  • creating enemy layouts/gameplay patterns
  • gameplay polishing
